Dowitcher or maybe Short-billed Dowitcher Limnodromus scolopacens
Limnodromus griseus
Dowitchers are seen
in small groups, in our experience, mostly in the salt marsh area.
In many cases, they are seen in the company of larger shorebirds and
mixed in amongst large flocks of Marbled Godwits, Willets, and
Avocets.
